Peoplepedia, LLC ("Peoplepedia") will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), as set forth below.
If you own a copyright in a work and believe that your copyright in that work has been infringed by an improper posting or distribution of it via our Service, then you may send a written notice of copyright infringement to iDdb that includes all of the following:

A subject line stating "DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice";

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed;

Identification of works or materials being infringed;

Information regarding the location of the infringing materials that the copyright owner seeks to have removed, with sufficient detail so that we are capable of finding and verifying its existence;

Contact information about the copyright owner including address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address. If you are not the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed, please describe your relationship to the copyright owner;

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or the person authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please be advised that you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations pursuant to federal law in an Infringement Notice.

Peoplepedia may elect not to respond to DMCA Copyright Infringement Notices that do not substantially comply with all of the foregoing requirements.
We may send the information provided in the DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice to the party who provided the alleged infringing work or materials. That party may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification to Peoplepedia.
DMCA Counter-Notification: If you believe that a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice has been improperly submitted against you, you may submit a written counter-notification to Peoplepedia. The written notification must include the following:

A subject line stating "DMCA Copyright Infringement Counter-Notification";

Your electronic or physical signature;

Identification of the material that was removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;

Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District court (i) in the judicial district where your address is located of the address is in the United States, or (ii) to the jurisdiction of the New York Southern District Court if you address is located outside the United States; and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification to us or an agent of such person.
